Musical Rushi ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Rushikesh Nikam, an individual sole proprietor based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and students of musicalrushi.com (the "Site") and how we use it.

Registration details: name, phone number, email address, and payment confirmation details when you register for a course via our payment partner (Razorpay).
Communication data: messages you send us on WhatsApp or email for course support or queries.
Usage data: basic, non-identifying analytics about how visitors use this Site (e.g. via Meta Pixel / Facebook Ads tools), used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

2. How we use your information

To register you for the course and add you to the relevant batch WhatsApp group and Zoom classes.
To send you class schedules, practice notes, and course-related updates.
To respond to questions or support requests.
To measure and improve our advertising on platforms like Meta (Facebook/ Instagram), using aggregated, non-identifying data where possible.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment information

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our own systems — Razorpay's own privacy and security policies govern that data. You can review Razorpay's policies at razorpay.com/privacy.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies: Razorpay (payments), WhatsApp/Meta (communication and advertising), Zoom (live classes), and Netlify (website hosting).

5. Data retention

We retain registration and communication data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the course, respond to queries, and comply with applicable law — typically no longer than 2 years after your course ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing hello@musicalrushi.com.

7. Children's information

Some of our students are minors enrolled with a parent or guardian's involvement. Where a minor registers, we assume the registering contact (phone/email) belongs to a parent or guardian who has consented on the minor's behalf.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
