These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and participation in courses offered by Musical Rushi, operated by Rushikesh Nikam ("we", "us"), based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, through the website musicalrushi.com.

1. The course

The "8-Day Basic Flute Course" is a live, online, beginner-level course delivered over Zoom, consisting of 8 daily sessions of approximately 1 hour each, plus a WhatsApp support group and downloadable practice notes, for a one-time fee of ₹999 as displayed on the Site at the time of registration.

2. Registration and payment

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment via our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Seats are limited per batch (as shown on the Site) and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• You must provide accurate contact details (name, phone, email) so we can add you to the correct batch and WhatsApp group.

3. Equipment requirements

You are responsible for arranging your own basic bansuri (flute) and a device with a stable internet connection to join live Zoom classes. Buying guidance is provided after registration but the purchase itself is at your own cost and discretion.

4. Class conduct and attendance

Classes are conducted respectfully for learners of all ages. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live class or WhatsApp group for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

If you miss a live class, a recap and notes will be shared in the WhatsApp group, but individual make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials — including class content, practice notes, and any recordings — are for your personal learning use only. They may not be recorded, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

We aim to provide accurate, useful music instruction but do not guarantee specific individual outcomes (e.g. a specific proficiency level), as learning speed varies by person. We are not liable for technical issues on your end (internet, device, Zoom access) that affect your ability to attend a class.

8. Changes to the course or these terms

We may update these Terms, course schedule, pricing, or format from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered students via WhatsApp or email.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
